What is the limit on size of residential projects you can get financed?

The property needs to be within FHA lending guidelines for size (5 bed/3ba/2800 sq.ft.) or less, and 1 to 4 Units.

What kinds of terms to you offer for financing?

Commercial financing is available on up to 55% of ARV. (After Repair Value) And as with residential, you can do a commercial note refinance to pull equity out of existing property you own.

How does the application process work?

The application process is very straightforward. It is possible to finish all the paperwork in a matter of a few days, or in some cases even hours. You simply follow a checklist of items to be submitted to the lender, and once your paperwork is submitted, the underwriters will look it over, and render a decision based primarily on the quality of the deal. Your credit does not play a role in the whether or not financing approval will be issued.

Do you also finance refinancing on existing notes?

Yes, you can do a cash-out refinance on an existing note if you already have equity in the property. Our Private Equity Funding source will do a cash-out refinance allowing you to pull cash out of your property to further build your portfolio or do other things.
